Managing your CliQ Subscription
Free Trial
We offer a 14 day free trial period for pro features which will auto-renew unless cancelled. The free trial can only be redeemed once per portal.
If cancelled you will automatically revert back to the free plan once the trial period has ended.
How to cancel your subscription:
1. Head over to Marketplace > Connected Apps
2. Choose CliQ – Project Management Tools
3. Click the ‘Manage Billing’ button.
4. Here you’ll be able to manage your current subscription and cancel your monthly direct debit.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will lose access to pro features.
