Managing your Sequential Number Generator Subscription
Lapsed payments:
If your direct debit has failed or you have missed any payments, we allow a 60 day grace period by default. During this time the subscription must be re-instated and payments must be brought up to date.
After the 60 day grace period you will default back to the free plan.
How to cancel your subscription:
1. Head over to Marketplace > Connected Apps
2. Choose Sequential Number Generator
3. Click the ‘Manage Billing’ button.
4. Here you’ll be able to manage your current subscription and cancel your monthly direct debit.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will be unable to create any new sequential number generators and will default back to the free plan.
